Based on organizer submittals over the last few days, I would like to make the following additional recommendation:
Please make sure that you have attached ALL your supporting documentation BEFORE you submit your organizer to us. Once the organizer is submitted, further editing or the organizer or uploading of supporting documentation is restricted.
Also, since the portal upload feature is inhibited following submittal of the organizer, the Form 8879 Efile Signature page (first page of the draft return we upload for your review) will need to be uploaded somewhat differently that your other supporting forms. To upload the final signature page, please use the “File Exchange” option under the “Document Management” section. Please do not upload any other documents here that need to be included in the return since I may overlook them when preparing the return. However, if you receive a tax form AFTER you have submitted your organizer, feel free to upload it here after you send me an email letting me know that additional information needs to be added to the return.
